I’ve bought shirts like this before and they used to hold up a lot better. This one felt cheap right away, and after just a short time the stitching started coming loose. Disappointing because I expected better quality.

"First impression: checkout was frustrating"
My first impression wasn’t great because the ticket checkout kept failing on me. I was ready to buy, but having to keep trying again made the whole process feel annoying.

"Cheap tickets until the fees show up"
At first the tickets looked like a good deal, but by the time I got to checkout, all the extra fees basically wiped that out. They can dress it up with all the usual company wording, but it really just felt like the price they showed me upfront wasn’t the price I was actually going to pay.

Trying to use this on my phone was such a hassle. The pages took forever to load, the menus kept glitching, and finding my tickets ended up taking way longer than it should have. I felt like I wasted so much energy just trying to do something simple.

I just had a simple question, and it took days to get an answer. I get that support teams can be busy, but waiting that long was frustrating. By the time they replied, I had kind of already moved on and tried figuring it out myself.

I tried using miamidolphins.com on game day and it was really frustrating. The pages kept loading slowly, and I had a hard time finding basic stuff like parking details and entry info.
By the time I finally found what I needed, I was already annoyed. For a big team site, it really should work a lot better when fans need it most.

"Took longer than expected to arrive"
I placed my order at the start of the week thinking it would show up by the weekend, but it didn’t arrive until several days later. The most frustrating part was the tracking, it barely updated, so for a few days I had no idea where the package was or when to expect it.
